All zones running at the same time

I just installed a new sprinkler controller. Whenever I schedule more than one station they all run at the same time. It doesn’t matter if I add manual time, run-once or run a scheduled program. I just created a test program that I scheduled and let run. All the valves came on at once even though the preview showed them starting sequentially. All the stations are in the same group (A). If I manually start one station at a time they will work so I don’t think it is a wiring issue. What am I missing?

Firmware 2.2.1(4)
App Version 2.4.9.0
I have a 16 station extender and have 6 stations set as remote to go to a different controller which I setup lasts year and has been working fine.
Last years install:
