    Hi All,

First of all, deep apologies to the chaos that happened the past two days. On Oct 8 and 9, 1and1 experienced DDoS attack on their servers (https://www.facebook.com/1and1) and that took down their DNS servers. As a result, DNS (i.e. name -> IP translation) of rayshobby.net cannot resolve (even though server itself has been alive). If you are using firmware prior to 2.1.0, the web UI (through browser) will be affected, because those firmwares by default reference Javascripts stored on rayshobby.net, and you will probably see ‘Unable to Load UI’ error. However, mobile apps, Chrome / Firefox apps should be un-affected because those have Javascripts embedded.

To fix the issue, we now recommend changing the Javascript path to http://ui.opensprinkler.com/js Please follow this guide:
    https://opensprinkler.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000164006-use-a-different-remote-server-for-ui

Notice that you must have firmware 2.0.4 or above in order to use this feature. If you have firmware 2.1.0, you do not need to do this as it’s already the default.

P.S. we also went ahead and made alive http://www.opensprinkler.com, which is the new site for OpenSprinkler that we’ve been working on recently. We are gradually migrating the content from rayshobby.net to the new site. Sorry about any inconvenience this may cause. Thanks.
