    Hi,

i’m new to OpenSprinkler and looking forward to my first irrigation season 🙂

    My setting:
    – Waterpump
    – Photovoltaics SMA with SmartHomeManager (SHM)
    – openHAB2 for HomeAutomation

The idea: I want to setup program for irrigation every two days at 9am to 10am.
And I want to have the irrigation during power generation (Photovoltaics).

Is it possible to have a status-flag (or something else), that the irrigation will postpone (until the power generation is current)?

    Thanks,
    Stefan

The easiest is probably to make use of the rain sensor interface and treat the ‘status flag’ as a sensor signal fed into the controller. But the firmware currently does not support a ‘postponing’ feature so the only thing it can do is to stop watering while the rain signal is on, but it won’t postpone it to later.
