Can't see weather adjustment button – OSPI

Mobile App version 1.3.0

Moto G 2nd Gen running android 5.0.2
I have weather showing up for my closest weather (South Johnstone, in the state of Queensland, Australia) but I don’t see any option for setting the type of weather delay that I have seen in some screenshots and also editing programs I don’t see a rain delay tickbox. As I live in a place that get 4-5 meters of rain per year I do need rain delay setup but I am unsure of how to do this with the mobile app.

I see a setting under edit options > Weather control: Watering %, how do I use this? I also saw on a screen shot of the web app that it had a drop down listing for the type of adjustment such as Zimmerman Method but that doesn’t show up on my mobile app. The option to use weather adjustment in the edit program or new program doesn’t exist for me. https://opensprinkler.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000017312-using-weather
