No matter whether I sign on to my account via the mobile app, or via web interface, (phone, computer, local, etc.), I keep getting an alert that it cannot read the cloud data. When I click on the alert, it gives me a password entry box. I may not have the correct password? I enter my password, but still have the same alert. I am able to log into opensprinkler.com. Is there a way to reset the cloud data?
I am using an OSPi-AC, with the latest firmware 2.1.6 (3)?
