Connect Ethernet Module

Just delivered, a new OpenSprinkler v3.4 DC version with Ethernet module.

What is the orientation of the ribbon cable ? When inserted, red on the left, or right ?

How about identifying the pin #1 of the connector on the unit so that this is more obvious?

The connector has a bump at the top which matches the receptacle on the controller. There is only one way to plug it in. If you plug the wrong way it will not go in.

Yes there this. I was looking for missing pins or pin# and didn’t see the bump. Thanks for the quick reply.
