Connecting opensprinkler with mobile app/ browser

Hi, when I connect opnesprinkler wifi in my phone, after that I put the IP address showing on the LCD, then also I am unable to connect it in my phone, popup notification shows cannot detect controller, I have done factory reset and before doing factory reset I disabled operation. What is the reason behind it?
Also please tell me the step to use it in AP mode.
