Another MQTT wish, I know…. but: My wife uses the same water deposit for manually watering pots and plants that OS is attached to. To add her consumtion in HomeAssistant I first tried to use the very good integration by https://github.com/vinteo/hass-opensprinkler , but it only reports flowrate every ~30sec and calculating amount from this is too unreliable. MQTT on the other hand only outputs, when a station finished, so it’s not triggered by manual consumtion. A continous flow pulse reading via MQTT would also enable kind of alarm-trigger, in case a pipe breaks.
