I hope this is the right place. We have a 3.0 dc system with 2 expansion boards. One the 2nd expansion board we seem to have most/ all valves open despite the OS not showing this. I have already been troubleshooting. When idle we are pulling about 800mA. If I disconnect the common that immediately drops to 0. If I disconnect an individual zone it will drop about 100mA about it currently has like 9zones attached, with zone 3 seemingly staying off. Normally that has about 15 zones on it, but I currently have 6 disconnected from earlier troubleshooting. My opinion is that the internal switches are no longer closing? Valve solenoid shows 46ohms on the one I tested. Purchased and installed last year and it worked then. We are just getting to programming this year.
