Hi, I have a OpenSprinkler running which works basically fine, however I have one minor issue: As I have a switch connected to OpenSprinkler (see my old post https://opensprinkler.com/forums/topic/master-valve-for-pump-start-relay-and-using-a-button-to-switch-pump/ ) I have defined program 1 but set it to disabled aka. not enabled, see attached screenshot for the program defintiion. It should only run if initiated manually through the switch.

I now observed that this program gets executed (and shows up in the logs of OpenSprinkler) even though no-one used the switch.

Any clue how what happens here and how I can prevent OpenSprinkler from exceuting the program?

    Thanks, krimskrams

    Hi there,
it seems that I have the same issue. Have you solved your problem? I’m using the OpenSprinklerPi which hardware are you using?

One thing to keep in mind: the switch, as in a sensor, should be connected between SN1 (or SN2) and GND, not VIN, or COM. This is explained in the OSPi user manual.

If the switch is connected incorrectly, it could be triggering the program to run unexpected.
