Would be great to get an open API system that monitors energy usage. There are many devices out there which are cloud only (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R11H2Q2/?th=1). Seems like you could just modify your current design and code a bit and have another device which would sell more than a sprinkler controller would. Just a suggestion.
