This post is to remind you that if you have a technical support question of existing product you purchased from us, you should submit a support ticket at:
    support.opensprinkler.com
instead of posting it on the forum and waiting for a response here. The forum here is NOT a substitute of the support system, for several reasons:

    1. We need you to provide your order number so we can check exactly which version of product you have. Customers frequently misunderstand which version of the hardware they have, causing confusions and delays. Providing your order number will make it easy for us to look up your order and find out exactly what version you have. Without knowing the correct hardware, it’s not possible to provide the correct diagnosis instructions.

    2. We often need you to export your configurations to a file and attach it with the support ticket. If replacement is needed, we need you to provide shipping address. The forum is not a place to post such private information.

    3. We don’t check forum posts on a regular basis so if you have an urgent support question it will get delayed.

    4. There are OpenSprinkler clone products and their customers, out of confusion, sometimes come to us seeking for support. That’s another reason we need you to provide your order number so we can verify your purchase.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry just read I should have submitted a support request instead – next time or I’ll do so anyway in a few days.
