Are the hardware files up to date for the OSPi and expansion boards?
some of the parts are missing information, do you have an accurate parts list for each item?

when I load the .brd on eagle I get the following:

Loading C:/Users/Adrian M/Desktop/HWFiles/exp-board/ExpanBoard.brd …

Warning(s):

line 887: Contact ‘8’ of element ‘IC2’ is connected to several signals: ‘GND’ and ‘GND’
line 1231: Contact ’16’ of element ‘IC2’ is connected to several signals: ‘VCC’ and ‘VCC’

Is this normal?

Those warnings are pretty standard and you don’t have to worry about them.
