Hardware Not Working

Hi OpenSprinkler Support,
I have been unable to get in touch with support and have a non-working OpenSprinkler.
I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I have installed the firmware onto an RPi 3B with an expansion unit however the software is not outputting any voltage on circuits when the stations are in an open manner (on).
I have tested the power supply and it is working perfectly.
I have also secondarily powered the RPi with a Power Supply separate to the OpenSprinkler Board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean that you are unable to get in touch with support. You can submit a support ticket at either support.opensprinkler.com or support.openthings.io There is no need to create an account, you can log in using your Google account, or social media account.
