How to add/read Sensor data trough MQTT

OSPI latest version
I did install MiFlora MQTT Sensor Daemon according https://github.com/ThomDietrich/miflora-mqtt-daemon

It works and reads the data.
My problem is now how to add/read this data (soil moisture, …) and use it within OS to water the different plants according their sensor data.
I wasn‘t able to find any explanations on OpenSprinkler docu’s and forum’s.
Also the OS UI doesn‘t have any settings for adding MQTT data and use them for watering zones. I only found settings to bind OS to a installed MQTT Broker.
