Is there a way to see the weather data?

Would be cool if we could see the data that went into the formula for the day…

Also, how often is this calculated?

The weather is being polled every 15 minutes if I’m not mistaken. The code is available here: https://github.com/OpenSprinkler/OpenSprinklerGen2/blob/master/examples/interval_program/weather1.py#L103

It would be useful to see the data that it polled or at least see the watering percentage in the UI somewhere. If you could add this to the status it would be great.

Something like

watering% 10% or whatever….

This would help out to know that we typed in the correct, zipcode, pws:code or whatever.

That’s already displayed on the status page as well as the options page (the watering level).

We also display the sunrise and sunset times on the status page to help verify the location (and for future use).

Yeah, I was kinda thinking it would be cool to see the data that went in to the equation. I mean, purely out of curiosity… 🙂

Since the data comes from Wunderground, you can just go to Wunderground.com, put in your location, and the temperature, humidity information you get there is the same as the data that went into the equation.
