    Suddenly system is not working. Has 24 VAC at input block, but no screen. Looking carefully, there seems to be an image of a bug in the lower left corner of the screen. I unplugged the power, left for a minute and replugged. Nothing. System is hardware revision 2.2 with firmware 2.1.3

    I see that you’ve submitted a support ticket, and said that the controller does power up on USB, so it’s likely that the fuse on 24VAC line is blown. We will follow up there.
