Master zone not turning on for all zones

At some point in time the controller is not turning on the master with all zones. It does not turn the master
in scheduled mode or manual?
The preview shows the master not on for some of the zones. See attached pictures.

Each zone has an attribute call ‘Use Master’ which defines whether the zone will trigger master zone or not. You can click the ‘years’ icon next to a zone, which opens the attribute dialog, and check ‘Use Master’ flag if it’s on.
