    Hi all,

was hoping to post a couple quick photos to see if there are an caveats to be aware of before doing an install. Looks like I can just plug-n-play, but my current transformer requires a ground. I’m not much of an electrician, so would I need to leave it there, or if I swap it for the recommended 24 VAC transformer, do I make sure they add the ground option… or do I not need the ground potentially with a different transformer?

    Thanks in advance!

Did you mean the transformer requires a ground wire or it supplies a ground wire? If it has 3 wires, like 2 supply 24VAC, and the third is ground, then you can ignore the ground wire as OpenSprinkler does not need a ground wire.
