Anyone can post their data to NOAA, can we get support for this.

As much as we would like to support other weather service providers, there is not enough time to add support for every single provider, particularly those (such as NOAA) that are only available for certain countries but not others. That said, note that this is a completely open-source project, you can take the source code and add support or customize it for any of your favorite service providers.
