Hey guys so I just got a new OS 3.0 and for some reason it won’t run 2 stations at once. Even weirder is it will only run the first station and then it will just end even though it has the other non sequential stations queued up. Even weirder is I factory reset the device and it worked properly…I went and tweaked with a couple settings (adding more stations etc) and bam it went back to only running one station at a time so I factory reset again to try and tweak each setting one at a time to see where its messing up and now right out of the box it keeps doing the original problem. At this point I’m pretty confused and I don’t know if I should waste my time trying to reset the firmware (I’ve never done it before and it seems like a bit of a process) or if theres other ways to diagnose this problem or if this is even a known issue

I believe we’ve handled this through support ticket. The issue turns out to be that when running multiple valves simultaneously you need a higher amperage power supply (this is a DC-powered OpenSprinkler). A 7.5VDC 2amp is recommended if you run two or more zones at the same time.
