I have just started up and running my OpenSprinkler Pi 2.1.3. All the basic functions are working fine on both the web page and via the iPhone app. Except for one thing: it won’t run the job and switch zones unless I have the app up and running. If I have the web page or the iPhone app up and running, it will work correctly. But if I close the app and turn off my phone, or close browser or Mac goes to sleep, it won’t switch or run the schedule.

Anyone else have this issue or had it in the past?

This was a bug in the early versions of firmware 2.1.3. If you do a ‘git pull’ to obtain the current version (firmware 2.1.4) and recompile the bug should be fixed.
