OpenSprinkler 3.2 BOM Master + AC questions

Hi all,

I have gone and created a BOM using Mouser as much as I can, and I was wondering if anyone with more knowledge than me can confirm that all the parts I have picked are correct? I also have a few I was not 100% sure of with ???? in the box

I recently asked the factory to send me the BOM for OS 3.2 master, AC driver, DC driver boards, and I’ve attached them here. I will upload these to the Github repository shortly. They have reference links but they are all from Chinese websites. Most of them are from http://www.szlcsc.com, which fortunately has a English-facing site (lcsc.com). If you look at the item on the Chinese site just copy the item number and go to lcsc.com to search for the same item you will find pricing in US dollars. I believe lcsc ships worldwide. Some other items have reference links on taobao (basically the Chinese ebay). You can find those on aliexpress.com, which also ships worldwide.

Hi Ray,

What is the part number or specs for C0 for the 3.2 Master? The BOM from Eagle and all of the excel BOM spreadsheets that you and others have posted give no value for C0; all that is listed is it’s a CPOL-EUE2.5-5 with no value given. So a polarized capacitor but what is the max voltage and capacitance value?

Hi Steve,

C0 and C1 are the same. The only difference ist the package. C0 is the through hole version and C1 the SMD. You only need either one, not both.

Thanks Jerry – that was the answer I needed. I’ll finish assembling 3.2 Master and 3.2 AC this week and I’ll post the final BOM, assuming everything checks out okay. I’m waiting on parts for the 3.2 Expander as well.

Hi Ray, seems in newest 3.2 schematic
C2 not connected in Acdr_3.2.brd, also it shows one airwire which needs track to DGND. File was opened with the newest Eagle software also same can be seen in KiCad.
