INGUESSpectatorHello,
I’m trying to update an existing program to change the days interval and it is not allowing me to save the changes. I go to programs, bring down the drop down for the program I want to edit, update interval days to the value that I want, go down to Save Changes to Main Program. The middle thinking icon appears for a second and then puts me back to the main programs screen. I click the drop down for the main program that I just edited and the days interval is exactly the same without my update.
To try to troubleshoot I went ahead and followed the security breach password reset / token reset instructions and was able to log back into my device with the new password. Unfortunately I’m still having the same issue where I can’t change anything. This also includes my cloud integration token which I reset as instructed. In the app integration settings section I’ll update the token to the new one that I generated, hit submit, then hit submit again at the top right of the edit settings section. When I go back into it everything still shows the same old token values and my new token is not saved. I have rebooted the device after all changes and attempted the updates multiple times with the same results.
Here are my device details:
App version: 2.4.97
Firmware: 2.2.1(5)
Hardware Version: 3.3 – ACThe last time that I was able to successfully update the program was about 6 weeks ago without issue. I believe that I was on the 2.2.1(4) firmware and an earlier version of the app.
Please let me know if you require additional details.

RayKeymasterWe are not aware of this as a known issue for either firmware 2.2.1(5) or App 2.4.97. It’s possible a flash memory corruption happened during firmware update. I recommend you to save a copy of your current configurations, then perform a factory reset. After the reset, re-configure WiFi and try to create/change programs. If it’s successful, proceed to import configurations.

INGUESSpectatorDoing a factory reset has resolved my issue. Thank you for your help.

Robert BlaserParticipantJust an FYI…I had this same issue. I thought my update to 2.2.1(5) went smoothly a few days ago. But when I tried to edit a program today, it wouldn’t let me change anything. So I had to do a factory reset and then reload my configuration. Seems to be working now…

Bob SternParticipantSame problem here. Could not change program via its web server or JSON. Also, log stopped recording station run events.
Possibly what triggered this was manually running a Run Once program.
As recommended above, factory reset fixed it, but I haven’t tried a Run Once program again.
(Ray: You might want to move this topic to software/firmware category.)
