    I just assembled by board and checked voltages and they were normal. When I put the LCD on the, the screen lights up but the only thing that appears is a cursor flashing in the bottom right corner. And when I put the switch up or down it does not make a difference. The screen always is on. Can someone please help!

    When this happened, did you power the controller via USB or 24VAC? If you powered controller through USB, it doesn’t go through the power switch so the screen will be always on. If you powered through 24VAC, you should check the power switch and see if there is any solder joint shorting. The 24VAC goes through the power switch so it should cut off power when you switch it off.

    I powered it through USB, I have not checked it through 24vac, but I didnt think it would make a difference. I have all the chips and components installed on the board
