Hi, I’m looking to get an OSPi, and I currently have an orbit 57896 timer that lists its power supply at 26V 500mA. However when I hook my meter up to it, it outputs more like 28V AC. Is this supply ok to use with the OSPi, or should I get a new one?

That’s fine. AC adapters are not regulated, and the output voltage is typically higher when there is no load. As soon as it’s hooked up to a circuit that draws current from it the voltage will drop to the rated voltage.
