Hi, Ray.
There are significant changes between 1.4+ and 1.42+ (even though you say in another thread it’s only the relay). Any chance you can post the hardware files online or is this no longer an Open-Source Hardware project?
The files are checked in now. I don’t know how you calibrate changes as being significant or not, but if you compare the schematics of 1.42+ with 1.4+:

the only change is that the relay (and associated transistor and diode) is removed and replaced by a 3-pin header.
