In case you didn’t notice this already, we now have a laser cut enclosure specifically designed for OSPi:
    https://opensprinkler.com/opensprinkler-pi-laser-cut-enclosure/
All new orders of OSPi will come with this laser cut enclosure. You can also purchase the enclosure separately from here:
    http://rayshobby.net/cart/ospi_enc
(as soon as possible I will make it available on opensprinkler.com as well)

Are the CAD files for this available? I am thinking of making the case slightly bigger to hold some additional parts and maybe a display.

Sure, this is now uploaded in Github:

In EagleCAD file, the enclosure design is at Layer 113. I’ve also exported it to dxf, scaled properly, and converted it to a .ai (Illustrator) file, which you can get in the same folder.

Is there any way to get the one side piece with an Ethernet jack cut-out? I really don’t want to carve it with a Dremel… that will never look good. At the moment, I will have to just not install that piece.

It’s fairly easy to order a laser cut piece yourself. There are plenty of laser cutting services online. We would rather not want to make these custom versions of the enclosure, because there are many different versions of RPi, some with Ethernet jacks, some don’t, it’s a lot of work to customize the enclosure to fit every RPi perfectly.
