Program Name Issue

There seems to be some problem with the maximum length of a program name under certain conditions. My programs originally involved multiple valves. I’m now converting them all to run single valves. To do this, in the iOS app I make a copy of a program (so I can reuse it later). Then I change the name of the existing program and make other changes. When I try to change the name of my existing program to the new name, sometimes it won’t let me type in the new name (which is less than 20 characters) and other times it will. I have the latest version of the Open Sprinkler app (2.0.1) and this sounds like a program bug unless there’s some instruction in the User Manual that I’ve overlooked.

I am not sure if 2.0.1 is the latest version — check your app store to see if there is a newer version. I would think the latest version is 2.0.3 and we’ve also just submitted 2.1.0 for approval, which hopefully will be ready in a couple of days.
