Program Settings are not being saved.

So I have created a test program. I have two problems with it.
1. Once I make some changes to it I go and save it and getting the confirmation “Program has been updated”. The I go to another page like the Run-Once Program, do nothing there, then return to edit the same test program and none of my previous changes are saved. It looks like is keeping only the first setting of when the program was created.
2. Even though the test program is enabled to run at a certain time, is does not, and probably the cause is because the last settings are not saved.

I also cannot change the name of the stations. It looks like for a split second it shows the new setting the returns to S01.
Any idea what may be going on? The program is running as a service.

I have rebooted the system and seems to be ok and the time zone got reset and that’s why program was not starting.
