Rain Bird Wired Rain Sensor

Has anyone used the Rain Bird Wired Sensor. It has a black wire and a red wire. See here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005MICVDY/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I hooked it up and it goes into Rain Block Mode. I tried both settings on the web control and it stays with rain block. Anyone had any luck with this sensor?

You should check if this sensor is ‘normally open’ or ‘normally closed’. You can set the type accordingly in the OpenSprinkler options.

Ok, I tried the setting and it appeared to hold open, but then it closed all the stations after I refreshed the browser. I will check it. thx
