Rain Delay Bug

Multiple times in the past 2 weeks my system shows a rain delay I have not set. Tried to open a ticket, no way to do so.

Firs pick is a rain delay showing in log that I never set. Second is one showing on screen and log shows nothing….

Posted wrong pic.

Also, no response sent to info email address.

the click + New Support Ticket. If you are on mobile, it may just be a + symbol. Please attach a copy of your configurations when you submit the ticket. We need to check your settings to analyze the source of the issue. The symptoms you posted here in the forum do not contain enough information to diagnose the issue.
