Raspberry Pi Zero no output

Hello,

after 3 hours of struggling I found out my raspberry Pi Zero WH is not able to provide signal to activate zones (0.01 – 0.02V). Web interface was working fine. After I swapped raspberry pi for different one (4 or even Zero WH with same SD card) everything was working fine (25-27V).

I have verified each GPIO pin with multimeter and soldering is fine. Tomorrow I would like to plug in my sensors and try to investigate. I have not used this unit yet…

Can someone suggest me what is wrong with this unit?
