    Hi,

OS hw 2.3 AC, fw 2.1.9

Unit is located remotely and not accessible to me. It worked fine until yesterday, then I stopped received notifications from IFTTT and it’s not irrigating.
I can remotely access a PC in the lan and from there ping successfully the OS to its fixed IP.
I can also see that its display it’s on via an IP camera in the room, but I cannot make up what it says.
I cannot load the web page even with the local PC.

Looks to me like the network layer is working, but the web part is frozen.
Is there a way to trigger a reboot from the local PC, since OS is pingable? ssh something maybe?

If you can access the PC remotely, could you open a browser on that PC and type in the following:
    http://x.x.x.x/ja
where x.x.x.x is your OpenSprinkler’s IP address. It should respond with the firmware version (fwv).
    Then you can also try:
    http://x.x.x.x/ja?pw=yyyy
where yyyy is the md5hash of your OpenSprinkler’s device password. You can generate the md5hash from your plain-text password using this website: https://www.md5hashgenerator.com/
This should return the complete controller configurations.
