I have to make a big irrigation system and would like to spend a single cable, I was interested in this system, but it is not the magic OpenSprinkler that already use in many of my gardens.
And ‘possible to implement a system 1cable? Bus System?
    Thank you, bye!

You could do this by placing expansion boards in the valve boxes, they would of course have to be sealed for water intrusion. You may have to boost the signal on the wire as well which would require a bit of electronics knowledge.

The problem you will need to overcome for a bus system is a processor on the valve end to receive the signal and open the correct valve.

This is related to the 2-wire system that people have briefly talked about on the forum. The short answer is that this requires a encoding module on the main controller, and each valve requires an individual decoding module. This can significantly increase the cost and it’s not feasible for us to branch out to a whole new system at the moment. So unfortunately we won’t be able to support the 2-wire system in the near future.
