I just blew out my sprinkler system getting ready for the coming winter. As I sit here watching a (bad) football game, beer in hand, I realized that the winterisation project I just did was a non event because of the simplicity of the mobile interface of OpenSprinkler. That reminded me of the fact that this Raspberry Pi OpenSprinkler has been a totally reliable system for years.
This reminded me of one other thing that I have repeatedly forgotten…
