    Hey there,

I have an older Motorolla router/wifi-all-in-one modem and I’m having trouble locating the correct address of the OSPi.

    When I run:

    $ifconfig | grep broadcast

    I get back:

            inet 192.168.0.4 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.0.255
    inet 169.254.4.81 netmask 0xffff0000 broadcast 169.254.255.255

I know 192.168 starts off my router config address, but it’s not exactly the same.
I’m assumming the 169.254 is the OSpi, but I can’t get to the web interface.

    Any suggestions?

169.xxx.xxx.xxx is not routable and is a fake IP basically saying DHCP failed.

The 192.168.0.4 seems to be the IP your after. Is that not working?
