Using the OpenSprinkler v3 – latch, to keep pond full.

I’m using simple contact closer float to keep my pond full. I connected it to SN2 and I made program_2 that open the valve filling the pond once in 100 days for one minute.
When the pond’s water level drop, the float sensor open, and program_2 run. But the program doesn’t halt if the sensor close while program is running, and it doesn’t run again if the sensor stays open after program finish it running.
Any option to control pond water level with latch valve?
