Hi there.
Running V3 hardware and has been reliable since it was installed in 2018.
Today – I went to upgrade it from 2.1.8 to 2.1.9.
Successfully completed a backup to my Mac.
Followed the straightforward upgrade instructions here:

Submitted the upgarde and sat back.
After ten minutes, thinking it was taking a long time, I tried to ping the unit. No response.
Closer inspection of the unit in situ confirmed the unit was dead. No screen display.
Power supply (24VAC) confirmed ok.
Depower / repower and no display in the LCD.
B1, B2, B3 have no effect.
Seems to have totally died.
Advice appreciated.
