Water percentage and type of sprinklers.

I wanted to throw this out there for you guys and maybe I am missing something. I have 39 acres of landscape I maintain, small lawns, medium size lawns, planters and so large park ways. I see how the lawns with regular shrub heads benefit from the weather control, but I have not seen any info on how to compensate for Rotor sprinklers that take a minute or so to completely cycle one rotation. Has this been discussed before or can anyone suggest something. I thought of running a separate program but any suggestions or maybe possible a future setting to select Roto Head or Shrub head?
