web interface and app not connecting

I’m running opensprinkler on raspberry pi zero w and my own relay setup. It’s been working fine for a year until today when I couldn’t get the app to connect to the pi. I log into the pi via VNC viewer and typed in the browser 192.168.1.20:8080 all I get is “refused to connect”. I tried updating opensprinkler… same issue. Removing then installing opensprinkler again… same issue. I’m completely stuck. All I think of doing is a clean install of Raspbian. Anyone have any other ideas?

I end up doing a clean install of raspbian lite this time. It’s working fine again. Hopefully the the cut down version of raspbian prevent whatever issue that occured. Also exporting my setup incase i ever need to fix it again.
