Colleagues,
Trying to connect my PWS to Opensprinkler and came across this API https://github.com/OpenSprinkler/OpenSprinkler-Weather/blob/master/docs/pws-protocol.md . Which is great and simple.
There it mentions a Local Weather Service running on server and that can be run in a PI .
What is local weather service for ?
Can not connect directly my PWS to Opensprinkler?
Finally, question on the API, how frequent should I send the weather info to the Weather Server?
