aruzsiParticipantOK.
I try it.
Upgrading firmware is very unconvenient over USB. It was hard for me last time.
aruzsiParticipantMy version is 2.1.3.
aruzsiParticipantI changed my weather info source to Taksony.
Values are:
min:56%
max:83%
temp:20,3C
perc:0.0/–
Counted percentage: 137%! Is that correct?TIA,
aruzsiParticipantI want to ask why my weather adjustment percent is 137% if the parameters are:
min hum.: 46%; max. hum.: 77%, temp.: 20,8C and percipitation: 0mm/–
I tried to evaluate and I think it is -31,5% (I used 20,8C/~70F.)I have never seen other percipitation value except 0.0mm/–.
Humidity and temperature values are changing.
I use Weather API, Budapest Soroksár XXIII.Usually the adjustment percent remains the same many days and the weather conditions
were changed (sunny and hot days after rainy and cold period or opposite).TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK.
The last week there were 6 log entry. 2 of them consisted of water level.
aruzsiParticipantNew strange behaviour:
Water level is: 25%. Sprinkle normal time is: 10′. The time in the log: 1′ 30″. 10/4=2,5′? Or 2′ 30″.
Yesterday there was Water level % in the log. Today is missing.
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantHave you done something with it?
This morning everything is fine again. I don’t understand …
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantThis URL doesn’t work:
https://mysprinkler.mydomain.hu/#debugWU
The original: http://opensprinkler-00:myport/#debugWU
aruzsiParticipantI tried to tcpdump.
If I use the internal connection and choose weather diag menu point my notebook goes out somewhere. If I use the frontend proxy neither notebook or sprinkler goes out to the Net.
aruzsiParticipantI think the weather diag doesn’t go through proxy. Maybe that is the problem.
I checked the access log and nothing in it about that. I can see many /js /jo, jc after GET.
aruzsiParticipantProxy is working, yes. But some interesting “menu” (Weather diag) not working at all. If I reach the sprinkler through the proxy. I don’t have any clue.
aruzsiParticipantOpenWRT on TP-Link TP-WR2543ND router.
aruzsiParticipantI’ve got some other possibilities preventing my sprinkler from the Net. For example knockd.
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantI can’t run Apache on my router.
New site? How? Sprinkler is in my internal network.
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK.
Android app. No info what the app do if my “sprinkler page” (SSL frontend) is want HTTPS and different port.
I use name based virtual hosts for proxy.
I thought the secured connection is a must. I tried to help you test it. I don’t know your js or app how works. Of course I can watch it as a black box and I can use tcpdump to check the protocols both of the two side of the router.
I know you don’t have too much time.
Anyway, do you interested in this type of setup (SSL frontend with proxy)?
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantIf you give me an e-mail I can send you my setup (lighttpd.conf, etc.)
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK.
What do I have to config if I want to use the SSL option in app?
I have got a router with lighttpd as proxy. Doesn’t work perfectly. I don’t know why. For example the weather diagnostic always complains about time out.
There are many Network failure but from the internal connection everything is working. So I don’t understand.
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantHi,
Can you help me again as some weeks ago?
Little bit different behaviour between Firefox and Chrome.
My HTTPS front-end doesn’t work correctly.
I don’t know the correct setup for internal (it is clear), external with port forwarding (not secure!) and external with SSL front-end.
WEB vs. app.
I don’t want to connect my sprinkler system from the Net without SSL. So I don’t understand many things.
Can you help me?
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK, OK.
I can see, Tököl is perfect on both page in UTF-8.
Where can I check my version number? 1.4.1? Is that the version of javascript?
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantMaybe you don’t understand the problem exactly.
There are two possibilities reach the hardware (Sprinkler):
– normal WEB page with browsers
– mobil application (Android in my situation).
Both of them have to use the same hw and data from the Weather info or any other information from the controlled system.
I have got two problems:
– wrong character set (displaying UTF-8)
– not perfect place for weather info.
Mobil application is using the perfect Hungarian characters and that is I don’t understand why. Or WEB why not? What is the difference?
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK, thanks.
I’m waiting for your new solution. 😉
aruzsiParticipantDélegyháza is more than 12kms from Dunaharaszti.
I wanted to check again Délegyháza on the WEB page and I can see Tököl, Pest is on it. 😉 Did you change anything? The distance between Dunaharaszti and Tököl is almost the same to Délegyháza.
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK.
I don’t understand why different the WEB page and the app?
The two places are not too far from each other so the weather will be the same and that is the main goal. Of course I can accept the wrong characters instead of the Hungarian characters but it is a little bit ugly. The operation will be perfect the point of view of valves. 😉
If you can please do something. If not not a big problem, 😉
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantI tried it with Chrome.
It is wrong. Different from the Firefox, but wrong.
TIA,
aruzsiParticipantOK, I understand, but:
– Why not the same place on the WEB page and application? Both of them setup to Dunaharaszti. App is OK, WEB page not.
– Different character set? Look at the attached image from WEB page. App is OK, WEB page not.
TIA,
BTW: Today I finished installing the system and the 1st scheduled spinkle was absolved succesfully. 😉 Can I found any turorial for scheduling? I setup 2 start times in every 2nd day but it wasn’t too trivial and I don’t want operation on every Sunday morning because of lawn movning.
