After struggling with network loss for several years, I replaced my Pi 1+ with a PI 3+ last week. Success! I often would need to restart to get wifi to work. Actions I had tried to repair included many updates to the system, replacing the WIFI adapter twice and configuring a cron job to reboot regularly. I have never been able to stay online for more than 1 day until now.
