Marco83ParticipantI tried replacing the DC adapter with a new unit and everything seems to be working spotless.
So there was never anything wrong with the Opensprinkler, only with the DC power adapter!
Thanks for the precious help
Marco83ParticipantThanks a million Ray!
The controller still reboots when starting a station even if I disconnect the solenoid wires completely.
However, I got it 100% back into business by powering it not through the DC adapter, but through the USB connection (the one used for updating the firmware).
I would be glad to fix it anyway, what do you suggest I should replace? Thanks!
Marco83ParticipantSorry for big delay!
If I change the sensor type to rain, nothing happens if the “normally open” box is NOT checked, but it will say “rain detected” of the box is checked. What does it mean? Thanks!
Marco83ParticipantHello, the uncommanded input did not stop after disconnecting the sensor from the cable (!) so I trust this is an interference matter.
Is there any way to eliminate it? I don’t know its source. Thanks!
Marco83ParticipantThanks a lot! What is the resistence I am supposed to find on a working TVS diode?
Marco83ParticipantThanks everyone!
I believe it’s really an interference, as is still keeps sending the signal even with the flow sensor disconnected!
How can I get rid of it?Thanks!!
Marco83ParticipantI have the same issue!
Where is the SD card located on 3.0?
Marco83ParticipantThanks a lot Ray!
If the two flow sensors are always used alternativaly (i.e. either 1 or 2, never together) this should help the accuracy, correct? Thanks again
Marco
Marco83ParticipantHello, I have a very stupid question, I am a beginner.
I have an Opensprinkler with 48 zones and I would like to set zone 48 as the Master.
Mark did share with us very precious code lines, however I don’t know how to upload them into my OpenSprinkler. Do I have to compile the code? Is there a step by step procedure? Thanks for your help
