I’m having the same problem lists as above-cannot get to the opensprinkler GUI using port 8080 on my browser.
I can get to the firmware page by going to the local IP.
I have tried it on a few different computers with different browsers. All the same results.
I updated Raspbian to Jessie by following this article:

I was able to login in last week. I think if may have stopped working when I clicke dujp an update firmware link. It did not seem like it did anything but it doesn’t work now.

Please go to Raspbian website and download the latest Raspbian image, burn it to your SD card, then follow

to install firmware. The outdated pre-configured SD card uses a much older Raspbian which is not compatible with the latest firmware.
