GeorgeParticipantI have some pop ups that are 24/7 wet. even if the zone as been off for days. I guess then it would be a faulty valve.
GeorgeParticipantBTW, could 220VAC wires that are in the same conduit for about 2mt cause inductance to the 24VAC zone lines and create this issue?
GeorgeParticipantI haven’t been able to she the current leak in the app, only via HomeAssistant.

GeorgeParticipantNew update. Station 20 is will stay on even if stop all stations is pressed. 350ma is shown at the bottom of the app.
I am guessing it’s ot a HW issue with the extention board of its sw.December 30, 2023 at 5:32 pm in reply to: Two Stations Operating Simultaneously Despite Only One Being Activated #77841
GeorgeParticipantAs an update. I connected the wires from stations 9 10 and 11 to 20, 21 and 22 and the issue has stopped. Could it be a hardware issue?
The wires at the valves were damaged by a weedwacker so maybe it got shorted out?December 30, 2023 at 10:45 am in reply to: Two Stations Operating Simultaneously Despite Only One Being Activated #77839
GeorgeParticipantCurrent Firmware 2.1.9(11)
Hardware version : 2.3ACI had upgraded to 2.3? no change (and it took forever to boot, so I downgraded to 2.1.9(11).
I am going to the house today (my ex-wife’s house) and change station 9 and 10 to different connections on the expansion board as only 1,2 and 3 are used. I will report back what happens.Ah, most stations report back 170mAh but 9 and 10 report back 375

GeorgeParticipantThanks Ray.
I am trying to make a monitoring system for my installation.
I have well issues so I need to know with the system fails. I am using MQTT and HTTP to connect to Node-Red and it seems to be working.
I need to add a pressure sensor and a flow sensor (both via an ESP) and I will have full control on what happened during irrigation. Thanks once again.

GeorgeParticipantWell, I got MQTT working and now I get an email when the program starts and finished and if for some reason a station’s mA is <25 I get an email. With this I can now know if a station has a problem.
Thanks Ray!
GeorgeParticipantThink I found it.
Get Controller Variables [Keyword /jc]
/jc?pw=xxx
curr: total current draw of all zones (in milliamps). This is only available for controllers with current sensing capability.I will upgrade this weekend the firmware for MQTT support and test this.
GeorgeParticipantHi. I will update firmware this weekend…. can’t wait for MQTT!
at some point it would be nice to have the mA value when the station is activated. This is a “simple” way of detecting if a Zone is not working.
GeorgeParticipantThanks Tim…. I have the same meter and would like to set this up…..
GeorgeParticipantTim,
would you be so kind and explain how you connected the flow sensor and how you set it up in OS?
Thanks.
GeorgeParticipantHi Ray,
I would say a good 20mts? that is just outside the house (the OS is inside), now if I could go up to lets say 45 yo 50mts that would solve all my problems. I can go with e better cable for the 24v if needed. -
