Description
Security+ 2.0 Adapter for OpenGarage. This is for Security+ 2.0 garage systems (which has a yellow learn button).
There are two options to choose from:
- 883LM is a door button so it needs to be physically wired to both OpenGarage and your garage door system. It’s lower cost but it only works with security+ 2.0 systems and may not be compatible with all of them. It does NOT have a battery so does NOT need battery replacement.
- 893MAX is a universal remote control so it only needs to be physically wired to OpenGarage and does NOT need to be physically wired to your garage door system. It is higher cost but it’s compatible with all garage door systems, whether security+ 2.0 or not. It has a built-in battery which needs a replacement if the battery runs out in the future.
Both of them need to be paired with your garage door system. The instructions are in the adapter package.
