Description

USB-Serial programmer for flashing firmware to OpenSprinkler v3, OpenGarage, RFToy, and OSBee devices via a USB cable, as well as for displaying Serial debugging messages. This programmer is based on CH340. It has a microUSB connector, and a card edge connector which can plug directly into the matching receptacles on the above devices.

Note: for routine firmware updates, you do NOT need this programmer, as the above devices all support Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware update. This programmer comes handy for firmware recovery (e.g. in the case of a corrupted firmware), or when you need to display serial debugging messages.

Note: NOT for OpenSprinkler v4 (which has a built-in USB-C connector and USB CDC Serial support)
