    For what it’s worth, I found the most stable configuration on the latest firmware by disabling DHCP (uncheck) and setting a static IP address on the opensprinkler unit and assigning (reserve) it on the router too. I now have two OpenSprinklers (one at home and one at the beach house) and they have been quite stable. On the unit at home, I run it via a tp link Wi-Fi extender next to the OpenSprinkler as I don’t believe it has enough wifi power to transmit to the wifi router some of the time (even though the wifi router shows good strength).     I’m having the same wifi issues. Seems to lose connection but is ok when I remove and reconnect power. Running latest fw and unit is only a couple week old.

    Has anyone got a solution to this problem yet? I have a new unit (3 weeks old with FW 2.18(2) ) and I keep losing wifi connection with an Asus router with very good wifi next to the unit. It connects Ok quite quickly but loses its WIFI every day sometimes after a couple of hours. Powering the unit off and on quickly resolves the issue but that’s not acceptable.
